Tony - Guitar
Tony started his musical journey on a bass guitar that he bought for £5 from a lab technician at his high school. Without even knowing how to tune the thing, he formed his first band with school friends in 1977 playing Buzzcocks and Clash numbers. "The punk scene at the time gave me the perfect opportunity to get out and perform without having to waste time learning how to play properly!!"
After experiencing the highs of playing in front of packed audiences chanting 'get off, you're rubbish' he decided that he would move to guitar, learn how to tune it and maybe even learn how to play it.
He continued to receive the audience abuse within various bands throughout the 80's, 90's and into the noughties!!
